In February 2023, a subordinate of Feiliks – Dongguan Lianyida – launched the international service outsourcing business in the comprehensive bonded zone successfully. As the pilot unit, Lianyida undertakes the first kind of international service outsourcing business in the special supervision area of the customs in Dongguan City. After it acquires the business qualification of “international service outsourcing”, all the integrated circuits needed to be upgraded or burned would no longer be transported abroad, for the operations could be done in the comprehensive bonded zone, and the time for such operations will be reduced to 1-2 days from the original 7-14 days and logistics cost saved by over 70%.
In the meanwhile, Feiliks goes well with the bonded R&D business in the comprehensive bonded zone. The global service center jointly created by vivo and Feiliks for the maintenance and repair of mobile phones, servers, equipment and other products in Humen Comprehensive Bonded Zone enables the maintenance of mobile phones “made in Dongguan” under bond, thus saved cost and time.
The two new business forms and patterns of Feiliks have injected new driving force into the growth of foreign import and export businesses of Dongguan. The Bureau of Commerce of Dongguan and Shatian Town People’s Government, as well as other governmental departments at all levels highly recognize and energetically promote these two business forms and patterns.
