Chairman Yao Visits Shatian Town Leaders and Inspects Tongxin Julian Smart Logistics Park

On the morning of June 27, 2026, Chairman Yao visited the Shatian Town Committee and met with town Party and government leaders. He held discussions with Mo Wei, Party Secretary of Shatian Town, and Su Zhirui, a third-level research official, among others.

Chairman Yao introduced the operational progress of the Tongxin Julian Smart Logistics Park (bonded warehouse) since its launch earlier this year. He noted that, as a key hub for electronic components distribution, intelligent warehousing, and distribution in South China, the park is accelerating the integration of smart logistics and automation systems to build a professional and efficient integrated supply chain service platform. He emphasized that, with the deployment of automated facilities and equipment, the project will further strengthen innovation collaboration and resource integration, drive upstream and downstream partners across the industrial chain, and contribute to regional economic transformation and high-quality development.

Party Secretary Mo expressed appreciation to the Feiliks Group for its continued investment and deep presence in Shatian, Dongguan, and highly commended its contributions to the local import and export sector. He stated that the Shatian Town Committee and government have full confidence in the future of the electronic components distribution center and will provide strong support and guarantees.

In the afternoon, Chairman Yao visited the Tongxin Julian Smart Logistics Park to review its operational status. He toured the office building and warehouse areas, inspected the high-density automated storage system and intelligent distribution equipment used by leading electronic component agents, and received on-site briefings on construction progress and investment attraction efforts.

While developing a high-standard smart warehouse, the Tongxin Julian Smart Logistics Park has also upgraded its organizational structure and basic logistics systems through centralized operations, forming an integrated information management platform across the entire park. This system connects the full process from customer order intake, warehouse operations, customs clearance support, to transportation in transit, enabling full visibility, traceability, and closed-loop operational management.

In South China, the park has focused its targeted investment promotion on the electronic components supply chain, optimized supporting services for tenant companies, and accelerated the pace of production launch and operations, thereby improving overall occupancy and capacity utilization rates.

The Tongxin Julian Smart Logistics Park has established a comprehensive standardized property management system covering safety production, operational control, customer service, and personnel operations and maintenance. This has created a clear, well-structured, and sustainably controllable operational management framework with defined responsibilities and standardized processes.

Chairman Yao highly recognized the park’s current development model and efficient execution. He stated that smart logistics is a core component of the Group’s strategic layout and an important platform for promoting the transformation and upgrading of the electronic components supply chain, with significant strategic value.

He further instructed the team to solidify standardized systems through structured governance, enhance operational efficiency through intelligent technologies, and activate production capacity through precise investment attraction. The operations team should focus on accelerating system integration testing and staff training to ensure stable operation of all modules, strictly uphold safety production standards, and implement multiple measures to improve overall operational efficiency. At the same time, services should be closely aligned with customer needs and flexibly adjusted to deliver a reliable and efficient operational experience that builds strong market reputation. The goal is to develop the Tongxin Julian warehouse into an intelligent electronic components distribution hub based in the Greater Bay Area, radiating across China and Southeast Asia, injecting strong momentum into the Group’s high-quality development and local industrial upgrading. This visit further strengthened the Group’s confidence in deepening its presence in Shatian and supporting the development of the Greater Bay Area.
