He emphasized that the construction contractor must strictly adhere to quality standards, exercise precise control over the final stages, and ensure the project is completed and accepted at a high standard and high level of quality. Chairman Yao further pointed out that the South China Region must accelerate the implementation of all supporting operational systems to ensure that once construction is completed, the warehouse can swiftly transition into efficient operation. This will lay a solid foundation for establishing a benchmark project in the field of electronic component logistics.
The commissioning of the “Tongxin Julian” Bonded Warehouse will play a significant role in deepening the company’s supply chain layout and enhancing its smart-logistics service capabilities. The South China Region stated that it will unite as one and make every effort to ensure the project is delivered on schedule and with high quality, achieving early production and efficiency.

The Dongguan Tongxin Julian Bonded Warehouse is expected to begin operation in the first quarter of next year. It will become a modern, green logistics hub integrating warehousing, distribution, and supply-chain services, with a focus on serving electronic-information and intelligent-manufacturing enterprises across the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area. Feiliks will leverage this project as a strategic anchor to deepen innovative cooperation with major cities in the Greater Bay Area and inject new momentum into the region’s high-quality economic development.
