On August 27 and 28, 2026, Feiliks held its Semi-Annual Business Management Conference. The meeting conducted a comprehensive review of the Company’s business performance in the first half of the year and reached a clear consensus on its strategic direction for the future: returning to customer value, focusing on core business, and responding to external uncertainties with the certainty of organizational capabilities.

Focusing on Core Business and Directing Resources Where They Create the Greatest Value
The meeting made it clear that Feiliks will remain firmly committed to strategic focus. By further advancing lean operations and organizational optimization, the Company will adjust its business portfolio toward higher value-added businesses and allocate its strengths and resources to integrated supply chain services for customers in its target industries.
President Geng Hao pointed out that behind this decision lies a fundamental and recurring question about “customer value”: What irreplaceable value do we truly create for our customers? Through Feiliks’ past benchmark projects, customers have already fully validated our capabilities. The key now is how to translate the operational capabilities and core expertise we have accumulated into reliable assurance that every service delivery can stand the test and live up to customer expectations.
AIEmpowered Lean Operations for More Efficient and Intelligent Services
While focusing on its core business, Feiliks continues to drive the refinement and upgrading of its operational system.
Guided by the principle of “business at the core, technology in service,” the Company is steadily advancing digital development and the application of AI tools in selected scenarios. Gu Haijiang, Director of Information, stated at the meeting: “AI is not optional; it is a question we must answer.”
At present, AI technologies are being tested and applied in areas including order processing, transportation scheduling, route optimization, in-transit tracking, business analysis, and financial verification, assisting with anomaly detection, cost analysis, and day-to-day business management. In the next phase, the Company will continue to strengthen its data foundation and system capabilities in line with actual business needs, prudently advance the deployment of AI in mature application scenarios, and enhance data security and access management, enabling AI tools to better support improvements in operational efficiency and customer service capabilities.
Grounded in the Present, Moving Forward with Steadfast Commitment
The semi-annual conference was not only an opportunity to pause and reflect, but also a moment to regroup and prepare for the journey ahead.
In his closing remarks, Chairman Yao Qin stated that Feiliks will continue to uphold resilience and a strong sense of responsibility, creating greater value for customers in its core areas of business. This is not only a strategic choice for the Company, but also the original aspiration that Feiliks has remained committed to since its founding.
Looking ahead, Feiliks will continue to put customer needs at the center of its efforts, leveraging stronger capabilities and more reliable delivery to create long-term value for its partners.
